The Mandan Police Department staffs two full time School Resource Officers (SRO).
The School Resource Officers (SRO) are certified law enforcement officers who are permanently assigned to provide coverage to Mandan Schools. An SRO is specifically trained to perform three roles: law enforcement officer, law-related counselor and law-related education teacher.
