Any serious medical problem
(chest pain, seizure, choking, bleeding, drowning)
Any type of fire
(building, car or grass fire, also gas leaks or power
lines down)
Any life-threathening situations
(Fights, people with weapons, serious accidents,
or tornadoes)
Any crime in progress
(Someone breaking into a home, stealing a car,
hit and run)
